Azad Kaveh (Owner and CEO)

My name is Azad Kaveh I started my construction journey back in 2003. I started KPT because I realized many of the company's out there including the one I worked for often times left clients unhappy and wanting more. To put it simply KPT will give you what you want.

Housing/CO-OP

Our story begins in the housing district of Toronto 23 years ago doing repairs and small paint jobs. Today we services over 45 CO-OP's in the GTA and surrounding areas. From small paintjobs to fully renovating over 100 units at a time in a complex. Renovations, repairs and maintenance is what we do best.

We Build Relationships

Over the many years we have worked with many different CO-OP's, managements and boards of directors. I can confidently say that aside from our work we build great relationships with both managements and tenants many of which I have become close friends with.
